>> Our guide will pick you up early in the morning from your hotel, and brief you about what will be covered on the day. The journey from Arusha will open your eyes to the beauty and color of Tanzania land. Our guide will keep you informed about all the important details and what is to be expected on this day. After arrival at the park, all formalities will be handled and your adventure to wild Tarangire begins. In Tarangire, elephants are very popular and can be easily spotted throughout the park, the ancient baobab trees are also scattered everywhere in the park, so you will head to all the spots with animals like zebras, antelopes, lions, giraffes, and buffalos. Lunch will be offered in one of the picnic sites located in the park, and more time for wildlife viewing will be after your lunch. After a full day of game drive in Tarangire, you will be transferred to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 02: Ngorongoro Crater
>> You will have an early start to the day to ensure that you complete the route for the day which combines a grand game drive with a picnic lunch in the crater. Animals often migrate in and out of the crater due to its inflated walls. This means you are proficient in spotting every member of the Big Five within one day.
The Big Five includes buffalos, elephants, rhinos, lions and leopards. Some of the other wildlife that you can expect to see include zebras, hippos, wildebeest, and hyenas. The craters also exhibit a large-scale bird population counting geese, storks, and vultures. You will be pleased by the view of lovely flamingos on the Soda Lake. Our guides are highly professional and will thrill you with their capability to track down animals. This is a skill that a book cannot teach you and that a selected few can perform. Your trip will come to an end in the late afternoon and you will proceed back to the lodge.
- Time: 8 - 10 Hours

Day 06: Lake Natron
>> Our guide will pick you up early in the morning, and the journey to Lake Natron will commence. Lake Natron is a destination that very few travelers visit. With flamingo-filled lakes, ancient hominoid footprints, and active volcanoes, Natron is a stunning region reserved for the adventurous. A truly wonderful region. This is an area well off the beaten track, consisting of a near-pristine forest reserve and extensive grass plains interspersed with mountains, rocky hills, and even a live volcano - Ol Doinyo Lengai, with an extremely steep climb - but reach its peak and you are rewarded with breathtaking views over Ngorongoro, Kilimanjaro and all the volcanoes of the Rift Valley! 'Mountain of God' in Maasai. The scenery is phenomenal; some of the most spectacular in Africa. The area is also notable for its location on village land rather than within a game reserve or national park that prohibits human settlement.
- Time: 8 - 10 Hours
- Meals: All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 07: Lake Natron
>> Early morning walking to the lake shore for sunrise and flamingo viewing. Afterward, you will walk back to the camp around mid-morning for breakfast. In the evening, you will hike Ol Doinyo Lengai, with an extremely steep climb - but reach its peak and you are rewarded with breathtaking views over Ngorongoro, Kilimanjaro, and all the volcanoes of the Rift Valley!
The scenery is phenomenal; some of the most spectacular in Africa.
- Time: 8 - 10 Hours
- Meals: All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 08: Lake Natron
>> You will have a relaxed morning and in the afternoon you will drive to the starting point. Then, you walk to the waterfalls which is one hour and 45 minutes. This trail is quite basic as it is only five kilometers in distance. However, the trail crosses the river a number of times. I highly suggest water shoes or even using hiking boots and getting them wet.
- Time: 8 - 10 Hours
- Meals: All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 09: Mto wa Mbu
>> You will enjoy your morning breakfast, after which your day will start with an en-route game drive to Mto wa Mbu. On the way, you will be able to enjoy the game drive with a lot of wildlife habitats such as giraffes, zebras, gazelles, and wildebeest. You will arrive at Mto wa Mbu for dinner and an overnight stay.
- Time: 8 - 10 Hours
- Meals: All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
- Accommodation: Fanaka Lodge > Budget lodge located in Mto wa Mbu (Town)
Day 10: Lake Manyara National Park
>> You'll begin your exciting day by getting breakfast in your accommodation and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. The park attracts a wide variety of animals including tree-climbing lions, elephants, the endangered African wild dog, large troops of baboons, and flocks of flamingos that can be spotted decorating the beautiful lake and more than 400 other bird species.
As the blazing mid-day sun keeps bathing the land, wildlife viewing will proceed. Later, you will head back to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and an overnight stay.
- Time: 8 - 10 Hours
- Meals: All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 11: Cultural Tour
>> After breakfast, your cultural tour will begin. A visit to a Masai village is an interesting experience. When you arrive in the village, children and adults greet you with songs and dancing. At certain times, you will be welcomed in one of the homesteads of the village. The village huts are made of cow dung and clay plastered over stalk frames. This is pretty handy, the Maasai keep cattle herds and the dung is always rich and freely available. One of the hosts will give you an insight into the life of the Maasai.
Some may not speak English, but our guide will interpret you so that the story can be exchanged. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the history and lifestyle of this community. You can ask as many questions as you like. After that, your trip to Arusha will commence. You'll be dropped off at your hotel.
