Day 04: Ngorongoro Crater Rim and Game Drive - Ndutu Area
>> The southeastern part of the Serengeti, known as the Ndutu area, boasts abundant wildlife throughout the year. Wildlife numbers peak between December and April, as large herds of wildebeests and zebras are drawn to the area by the seasonal rains. Most calves are born in January and February, around 8,000 per day. The short grass plains offer them relative safety, as predators are more easily spotted. Nevertheless, as happens in nature, these young wildebeest attract many hungry predators, such as lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas. Other species, such as gazelles and zebras, also give birth, using the wildebeest calves as a diversion from their own young. Additionally, the area is a haven for birdwatchers. The thorny tree forests are the habitat of various birds, and if you pay attention, you may see the brilliantly coloured Fischer's lovebird.
- Time: 8 - 10 Hours
- Meals: All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 05: Game Drive - Serengeti National Park
>> Today we drive towards the Serengeti. Known for both its forest landscapes and the endless plains of savannah, the park is famous for its migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and predators moving across the land in search of water.
You’ll spend the evening at Africa Safari Ikoma, situated between Serengeti Seronera, Grumeti, and Ikorongo Game Reserves, making it an ideal base for exploring the Serengeti. It’s a wonderful retreat where you can enjoy observing birdlife or a herd of impala grazing peacefully around the camp area, or simply listening to the sounds of the African bush.
- Time: 8 - 10 Hours
- Meals: All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 06: Game Drive - Serengeti National Park
>> Spend another day on a full-day game drive in the famous Serengeti, where you'll have the opportunity to encounter a variety of animals in this vast reserve. The Serengeti is renowned for its expansive plains of savannah and forest landscapes. The park is famous for its migration, involving approximately 1.5 million herbivores and their followers.
- Time: 8 - 10 Hours
- Meals: All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 07: Game Drive - Serengeti National Park
>> Today, we venture further north, continuing our game drive in the Serengeti. During the migration season, we can pass by the Mara River, where you may witness the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of watching thousands of animals crossing the water.
We will overnight at the Africa Safari Maasai Boma. As the accommodation’s name suggests, it is inspired by a traditional Maasai boma. Look around you and you’ll understand why -you’ll be immersed in the Maasai culture! The local village is called Ololosokwan, and although not located in an official game reserve or national park, you can still see wildlife here.

- Meals: All meals included Drinking water (Other drinks not included)
Day 08: Safari Game Drive - Ngorongoro Pololeti Game Reserve
>> The new Pololeti Game Reserve is part of the Loliondo game-controlled area, now operating under the NCAA (Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority). It is an important area for breeding wildebeest, and a corridor for the animals coming from the Serengeti National Park.
Because wildlife knows no boundaries, you'll encounter a wide variety of animals in the game reserve, including hunting lions, roaming elephants, grazing buffalo, galloping antelope, and more.

The crater is estimated to house 30,000 large mammals. Due to its natural borders, there is an abundance of wildlife throughout the conservation area, which is home to the Big Five, including the African Black Rhino, as well as hyenas, zebras, and elephants, to name a few.
