Lake Nakuru National Park and Lake Naivasha are located in the Rift Valley, and are known for its large flamingo populations and diverse birdlife, as well as being a sanctuary for rhinos. Buffalo Springs National Reserve, a semi-arid area south of Samburu National Reserve, is characterised by rolling grasslands, lava terraces, and the Ewaso Nyiro River.

Day 1: Nairobi
>> You will be received with a warm welcome at the airport by your airport representative and driven to your city hotel; a perfect place where you will be accommodated for your first night in preparation for your safari the following day. Dinner will be on own.

Day 2: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
>> Wake up to the nice smell of the brewing Kenyan coffee. You are in Africa; your dream safari is here. You will then meet your driver guide who will have a short briefing of the safari. You are all set for the safari. You will drive through Kenya's central highlands past the coffee plantations crossing the equator to the Northern hemisphere and northern circuit of Kenya. Your journey takes 3 ½ hrs to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy located in Laikipia County. The conservancy started off as a ranch and was established by multi-millionaire Adan Khashoggi. Today it stands as a private conservancy that is home to wildlife. The park is endowed with many animals e.g Lions, leopard, gazelle, the Northern rhinos, giraffe, hyenas, jackals and a variety of birdlife. We shall check-in for lunch then you may wish to enjoy a siesta before you take an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
>> Today, you have a whole day to explore this beautiful wildlife gem. You will have morning and afternoon game drives at your disposal. You will visit the chimpanzee sanctuary, a charming haven established by Jane Goodall Institute to provide a home to orphaned chimps and the specially protected and fenced Northern white rhino. The camp Sweetwaters Serena offers a perfect game viewing spot for the guest as it has its own waterhole and saltlick and animals come close to your vicinity.
Lunch will be served at the camp followed by an afternoon game drive until sunset when you willreturn to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Samburu National Reserve
>> After an early morning breakfast, you shall set off further North to Samburu. You will leave the lodge at 0700hrs. Your journey is 2 hrs long. The region is rugged and very scenic with beautiful landscapes. You shall arrive and start your safari with an en-route game drive. The climatic condition here is hot and dry. Check-in early for lunch at the Samburu Intrepids Camp, set at the bank of the Ewaso Nyiro River. After lunch, have some time for a siesta or enjoy a swim as you cool off from the hot sun. An afternoon game drive is dedicated to you at 1600hrs. The reserve is famous for the special five namely; the reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, beisa Oryx & secretary bird. There is also a variety of other wild game such as elephants (big herds), lions, leopards, cheetahs, and gazelles. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5: Samburu National Reserve

On this day, you will leave the lodge with packed breakfast. Your destination is the Reteti Elephant Orphanage.
Reteti is a community based project that aims at taking care of the orphan elephants. Here you will learn about the conservation measures to protect this wonderful wildlife for the future generation. You will drive through the rugged landscape past the iconic table mountain Mt. Ololokwe. Your bush breakfast will be served at the elephant rock. You will return to the lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drives in search of cats of Samburu.

Day 6: Aberdare National Park
>> On this day, your destination is Aberdare N. Park. At 0900hrs after breakfast you will drive south to Nyeri County. You will drive past the equator through the central highlands arriving at the Aberdare Country Club for lunch. After lunch, you will get some hours to relax or as you wait for your transfer to The Ark which is a tree lodge in the middle of Aberdare N. Park.
The lodge is located inside the park overlooking flood-lit water hole where wild animals come to drink from. You will have a game viewing from the deck and balcony. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7: Lake Naivasha
>> Depart for Naivasha after an early morning breakfast at 0900hrs. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge in Naivasha. You have some hours to relax as you enjoy the lodge facility or take a siesta. You may opt to take a boat ride in the afternoon at the Lake Naivasha at 1600hrs. You will come close to the aquatic birdlife such as the white pelicans, pied king fisher, giant kingfisher, cormorant, African darter, fish eagle. You will come close to the resident hippos at the lake Naivasha and see the giraffes, zebras, impalas on the crescent island. This is such an awesome experience you would not want to miss out. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 8: Masai Mara National Reserve
>> Early Morning breakfast followed by departure at 0730hrs heading south west to the world famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Named after the indigenous inhabitants of the area, the Maasai, it is one of the World's richest wildlife reserve and home to the spectacular 8th world wonder ‘The wildebeest migration’. You will arrive just in time for lunch served at the lodge. Afternoon game drive across the beautiful dotted plains of Mara in search for large prides of lions and other cat’s family species like cerval cat, cheetah, and leopard including herbivores like Topi, Hartebeest, Oribi as well as many other mammals, reptiles and amphibian species. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 9: Masai Mara National Reserve
>> Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza!
Masai Mara reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the wild world. It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region. The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities.
Picnic lunch shall be by the Mara river as we watch the hippos & crocodiles or maybe view the great migration (July – October). Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Optional activity: Balloon Safari.

Day 10: Masai Mara National Reserve
>> You will traverse the Maasai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game. Picnic lunch shall be by the Mara river as you watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July – October). Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 11: Nairobi
>> After breakfast, you will say ‘kwaheri’ to the Maasai Mara and return back to Nairobi. Your lunch will either be served on the way to Nairobi or in Nairobi. Your final dinner is at the Carnivore Restaurant. After dinner, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home. We hope you had a fantastic safari experience.
