Day 1: Pick up from the International airport and transfer to your hotel
Day 2: Buhanga Eco Park and Red rock

Day 1: Pick up from the International airport and transfer to your hotel
>> Upon your arrival at Kigali international airport, you will meet our hospitable drive guide who will brief you about today’s activities. After the briefing, if you come in the morning, you will have a Kigali city tour and visit the memorial genocide before you go to retire at your hotel.

Day 2: Buhanga Eco Park and Red rock
>> After an early breakfast, you will drive about 2hours to meet Volcano National Park’s guides for briefings. The briefing is scheduled to start at 7h 30 am and then at 8h 00, this will be the right time to start driving toward Buhanga Eco-park. Get to learn about the former Rwanda kings’ lifestyle inside the sacred forest where the Rwandese kings perform initiations and today, it is a testimonial to such societies that conducted these rituals. And then after return back a little to the red locks, have lunch before you learn more about Rwanda culture, get to learn how to brew wines traditionally, and have traditional dancers on the floor. You will be surprised by their rapidness and the way they are peeling bananas. You will be a part of them in peeling bananas and dancing, which will be a great experience indeed.
After this, you will get transferred to your hotel.

Day 3: Musanze caves and Musanze city tour
>> At 10h, meet with Volcano National park’s guide, brief you about the activity and after the briefing, you will start your journey. Ready to walk a dark area, you will be provided with a torch and a defensive hat. During your walk, you will have a chance to see some bats in the cave, which will enhance your experience
Later in the afternoon, you will proceed with Musanze City tour and visit the local market to buy perhaps some souvenirs before you return to your hotel.

Day 4: Canoeing in river Mukungwa and boating in twin Lakes
>> After breakfast, go canoeing in the river Mukungwa, a deep river passing nearby Musanze city at five volcanoes feet.
Later in the afternoon, you will have a boat ride in twin Lakes, exploring the islands and get pictures while boating and get to learn the background of Volcanoes as the lakes are the result of the Volcano eruption.

Day 5: Transfer to Rubavu and Rubavu city tour
>> After your breakfast, you will drive to Rubavu. This is a 2-hour car drive from Musanze. You will reach Rubavu in the morning around 10. Have a city tour for some hours, visit the mountain Rubavu, which has a panoramic view with a chance to view the city of Goma and take some pictures while on the top of the Mountain.
Later, you will be taken to your hotel for lunch and the remaining time will be free.

Day 6: Visit One-stop center border and Traditional massages in Hot springs
>> After your breakfast, we will be visiting the one-stop center, the border of Congo-Rwanda. Here the movement is great and people are more active however la petite barrier is greater than this one as it is among the first border in the world that receives many passengers. You will have the opportunity to pass through all these borders.
You will leave here at the time of lunch and then go for your lunch at the hotel.
And then later in the afternoon, go for a meditation moment at Rubavu hot springs, put out your shoes, and step in natural hot springs for your health. The hot sand beach will suck the tiredness from the previous hike.

Day 7: Go to respond to the calling islands in Karongi
>> After breakfast, you will start driving along the Lake Kivu belt. The way is fully panoramic, passing through thousands of hills enveloped by green tea plantations and colored by the village trails above the peaceful lake shores until Karongi city.
At Betania Hotel, you will be welcomed as a king with cold juice and grilled fresh fish for your lunch.
You will then get in the local boat, time to explore splendid Rwanda. You will visit pass through islands and islets but mainly you will visit three of them: Napoleon Island, the Blue monkey Island, and the peace island. You will get a chance to see Monkeys that live on the island.
Then after you will ride back to Amahoro Island (Peace island) and stop at the open peninsula for a local beer.
After this experience, you will retire at Bethania Hotel near the shores.

Day 8: Day 8 Canopy walkway in Nyungwe and Tea plantation walk
>> After breakfast, you will drive about 2.5 hours to reach Nyungwe and start walking in the bottom of the dark and rain forest under the old and giant trees, the flying monkeys, paradise birds and start the challenge of the day: after some 25 minutes of walking in the forest, you will be challenged by stepping on the 200 m extended on two hills bridge. Above the forest at 70 m, on a shaking bridge, this will be the time to test your balance resilience. From there you will have an incredible endless view of Lake Kivu and the green forest which makes this trip very photogenic.
After, have your lunch at your hotel and then later in the afternoon go to experience the Kitabi tea plantation.

Day 9: Chimpanzee trek
>> After an early breakfast, we will go to check in at Uwinka reception before we start trekking in the rainforest which has remained undisturbed in Rwanda. The chimpanzees are our cousins that share about 80% of our DNA. You will remain with them 1 hour taking photos for your memories. The trek will take up to 2hours and then return to your hotel for lunch.

Day 10: Waterfall experience
>> After your breakfast, go for a briefing at Uwinka reception and around 8 am, start walking for about 1hour to get to the waterfall. On your way, you may see some animals such as endemic birds of the Albertine rift valley region and other reptiles but it is not mandatory. Reaching the waterfall, you will see how relaxing the attraction is, experience it for about one hour taking pictures for your memories before you walk back to your starting point and get transferred to your hotel for lunch.
The remaining time will be reserved for rest, reading, and exploration on your behalf.

Day 11: King Palace museum, Rwanda ethnographic museum, and transfer to Kigali
>> After your lunch, you will drive some two hours to Nyanza, where Rwanda takes its roots. You will reach there around 10 and start walking in the museum, where the famous and majestic Rwandan kings were staying. You will get that chance to enter the king’s palace and learn about the royal style, the smartness, and the authority of pre-colonial Rwanda. The famous Long Horns Rwandan Cow is also in the palace backyard. Their permanent keepers who pass the long days singing and interacting romantically with them are much styled to discover. You will experience how animals and human beings are closer friends beyond imagination.
Later, you will then go to the ethnographic museum of Butare around 1 PM. The museum wins top marks for having one of the best ethnological and archaeological collections in the entire region. You will be experiencing and learn about the archeological collections from our ancestors. Around 3 PM, you will drive back to Kigali.
