Day 1: Nairobi to Aberdare National Park
>> You will begin your adventure with a scenic drive from Nairobi to Aberdare National Park. Enroute, make a peaceful stop at Subukia, a charming town known for its breathtaking landscapes and serene ambiance. Take a short break to stretch your legs, enjoy the views, and soak in the tranquil surroundings.
Continue your journey to Aberdare, arriving at The Ark, a charming lodge nestled in the forest, where you’ll be greeted by warm and attentive staff. Enjoy lunch at the lodge, then spend the afternoon relaxing and spotting wildlife from the lodge’s unique viewing decks overlooking a waterhole. Watch as elephants, buffalo, and other animals come to drink, offering you a magical start to your safari. Dinner is served in the cozy dining area as you soak in the serene forest ambiance.

Day 2: Ol Pejeta Chimpanzee sanctuary
>> After breakfast, you will depart for Ol Pejeta Chimpanzee sanctuary, home to incredible chimpanzees rescued from the black market. Check in at Sweetwaters Serena Camp, where the staff will ensure your comfort.
You will spend the day exploring the conservancy, including a visit to the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Take part in morning and afternoon game drives, where you’ll encounter endangered rhinos, big cats, and other wildlife. Relax in the evening with a sumptuous dinner under the African sky.

Day 3: Samburu National Reserve
>> After breakfast, Drive to Samburu National Park. Arrive at Samburu Game Reserve and check in at the lodge. Lunch. Late afternoon, depart for game drive until sunset.
The highlights of Samburu game reserve are the spectacular scenic beauty, rivers and forests. It is an area where the local people have a rich and colorful heritage. The reserves have numerous permanent springs and a wealth of wildlife which includes leopard, hippo, elephant, lion, reticulated giraffe, grevy’s zebra and crocodile in the Ewaso Nyiro river.

Day 4: Samburu National Reserve
>> Early morning, sunrise session, then later get back to lodge for breakfast, after breakfast take lunch boxes for lunch and headset for photography adventure. Later in the afternoon have a rest and wait for the sunrise session in the evening. Optional Visit a Samburu Village (payment on ground).

Day 5: Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park– Flamingos and Rhinos
>> You will start your day with breakfast before heading to Lake Nakuru National Park. Check-in at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. After lunch, set out on a game drive in search of the park’s famed flamingos, rhinos, and other wildlife. Marvel at the shimmering pink hues of the lake as the sun sets, creating a picturesque backdrop. Return to the lodge for a delicious dinner and a peaceful night.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru National Park to Maasai Mara – A Wilderness Experience
>> Enjoy a hearty breakfast and then travel to the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Arrive at the lodge and check in to your comfortable accommodation. After lunch, you will embark on an exciting afternoon game drive to get your first glimpse of the Mara’s rich wildlife. Keep an eye out for elephants, lions, and zebras as the sun sets over the endless plains. Return to camp for dinner, where the staff will ensure you’re well taken care of.

Day 7: Full Day at Maasai Mara - Into the heart of the wild
>> Wake up to the sounds of nature and start your day with a hearty breakfast. You will set off for a full-day game drive in the Maasai Mara, one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. Explore the vast Savannahs in search of the Big Five and other wildlife, from graceful giraffes to cheetahs on the hunt. Take a break for a picnic lunch at the picnic point in the Mara river, surrounded by breathtaking views. Return to the lodge in the evening, where the staff will welcome you back for a delicious dinner and a relaxing night.

Day 8: Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha – Tranquility by the Water
>> After breakfast, bid farewell to the Mara and drive to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Check in at the lodge, where the friendly team will make you feel at home.
After lunch, you will enjoy a relaxing boat ride on the lake (optional at an added cost) to spot hippos and a variety of bird species. Spend the rest of the evening unwinding and enjoying the serene surroundings. Dinner is served in the lodge’s restaurant.

Day 9: Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park– Elephants and Mount Kilimanjaro
>> Start your day with breakfast and then journey to Amboseli National Park, known for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Check in at Lodge. In the afternoon, set out on a game drive to explore the park and spot elephants, lions, and other wildlife against the backdrop of Africa’s highest peak. Return to the lodge for dinner and a relaxing evening.

Day 10: Amboseli National Park to Nairobi – Tsavo West
>> After breakfast, drive to Tsavo west National Park with an enroute game drive arriving in time for lunch, followed by check in. Late afternoon, depart for game drive until sunset.
Tsavo West National Park divides opinion among travelers: some love its superb scenery and sometimes-fantastic wildlife, others find it a little frustrating when it comes to seeing animals. They’re both right: the park is home to the Big Five, but wildlife viewing can be a bit slow. Highlights include recent lava flows and lush Mzima Springs with its close-up views of hippos.

Day 11: Tsavo East National Park
>> After breakfast, drive to Tsavo East National Park with an enroute game drive arriving in time for lunch, followed by check in. Late afternoon, depart for game drive until sunset.
Tsavo East National Park is a superb place to watch wildlife. It’s a vast, semi-arid wilderness populated by elephants, sometimes in large herds and caked in the red Tsavo dust, and unique maneless lions. Tsavo’s wild and sunlit plains host other highlights, from cheetahs on the hunt to species such as gerenuk and Somali ostrich that you can see nowhere else this far south. And if you range beyond the main track through the park, it can feel like a real adventure.
