Day 01: Zanzibar Airport and Transfer to Paradise Beach Resort

>> Upon your arrival at the airport of Zanzibar, your driver takes you to Paradise Beach Resort, where you will check in to a suite room. Take your time to enjoy the resort by having a drink at the Jetty Bar, sunbath or take a cool dive in the Indian Ocean or swimming pool.

Day 02: Rest and Relaxation

>> For these days, you'll relax and unwind in Zanzibar in the middle of untouched nature with crystal clear water.
Zanzibar is the most popular beach destination in Tanzania. Besides the sea and the beaches, you can visit Stone Town, the spice plantations, snorkel, dive, and go canoeing.

Day 03: Selous Game Reserve - Set in Magical Southern Tanzania

>> After an early breakfast, you will be taken to the airport for a flight in a sturdy bush plane to Selous. As soon as you arrive, you will spend the rest of the day on a game drive in Selous GR (Nyerere National Park). It’s one of the largest remaining wilderness areas in Africa. The reserve is crossed by the second biggest river in Tanzania, the Rufiji River, creating a very dynamic ecosystem. Selous is home to over 350 species of birds and reptiles, the species of plants account for about 2000 species as well as a wide range of wildlife from African bush elephant, hippopotamus, lion, Cape buffalo, Masai giraffe, zebra, crocodile and everything in between. The vehicle is an open four-wheel-drive safari jeep, perfectly suited for taking unobstructed pictures. The vehicles are low emission, thus less noise, and therefore we can take you close-up to the wildlife.

Day 04: Full-Day Safari Game Drive Selous Game Reserve

>> Waking up and making yourself ready for a lovely breakfast. Take it easy and put on your walking shoes. The Bushman is waiting for you to explain the natural surroundings during an interesting bushwalk. In the afternoon, a boat safari over the Rufiji River. At the end of this exciting day, you will have dinner and your overnight stay in Africa Safari Selous.

Day 05: Full-Day Safari Game Drive Selous Game Reserve

>> Today you will leave after breakfast for another full-day game drive, in the direction of the Beho Beho Hot Springs near Lake Tagalala. During the drier periods of the year, it is sometimes possible to reach the Hot Springs themselves, and go for a dip in the warm sulphurous water. Enjoy a day full of wildlife.

Day 06: Domestic Flight Back to Zanzibar

>> After breakfast, you'll take a short ride to the airstrip and a domestic flight back to Zanzibar Airport. Next, you will arrive at Paradise Beach Resort. Here, you will check into a suite room. In the coming days, you can enjoy Paradise Beach Resort, the ocean and relax. Or if you like, you can venture out on one of the many excursions offered.

Day 07: Transfer to Stone Town for Overnight in Shaba Boutique Hotel

>> You can’t leave Zanzibar without a visit to Stone Town. After breakfast at the resort, your driver will bring you to Dream of Zanzibar Hotel in the centre of Stone Town. Spend some time today to discover the old town, markets, little streets and local shops.

Day 08: Transfer to Zanzibar Airport

>> Today after breakfast and check out, a vehicle is awaiting you to take you to the Airport of Zanzibar for your flight back home. On the way, you can stop in Stone Town and walk around while our driver takes care of your luggage. We'll arrive in time for your check-in at the airport.
