Day 1: Arrival in Arusha, followed by a walk around Lake Duluti
>> We will pick you up from Kilimanjaro Airport and take you to your accommodation for the next stage of your journey. The transfer takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive, you will take some time to relax and refresh while we serve you a delicious breakfast.
In the afternoon, we’ll head out for a scenic hike around Lake Duluti—perfect for getting to know the area and soaking in its natural beauty.

Day 2: Walking Safari & Game Drive in Arusha National Park
>> Arusha National Park is a haven for wildlife and breathtaking scenery. Spot giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and a variety of birds. Marvel at Mt. Meru rising above the landscape and explore the stunning Ngurdoto Crater, a lush gem of the Rift Valley. Then, step off the beaten path on a guided walking safari. It's a safe, unforgettable way to connect with nature—up close, personal, and truly wild.
In the Morning, you'll join us on a guided game drive through Arusha National Park. Your guide will take you to the best viewpoints of Mount Meru and help you spot incredible wildlife along the way. Enjoy a scenic picnic in the heart of the park—great food surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. In the afternoon, experience the thrill of a walking safari and explore Arusha National Park on foot with an expert guide.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park – A Wild Symphony of Elephants and Baobabs
>> After an early breakfast in Arusha, we will drive for about 2 hours to reach Tarangire National Park for a full day of game viewing. Today, you will discover the wonders of Tarangire, renowned for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy an exciting safari through diverse landscapes, spotting wildlife in their natural habitat. It’s a must-see for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike!
During lunch, you’ll picnic by the Tarangire River, where you can watch wildlife crossing the river or stopping to drink and cool off after a long day of grazing.
In the evening, we’ll exit Tarangire National Park and drive to the lodge for relaxation and dinner.

Day 4: A Cultural Visit to the Hadzabe Community with a Scenic Hike Around Lake Eyasi
>> Experience the traditional way of life of the Hadzabe community, one of the last hunter-gatherer groups in the world. Spend time with the Hadzabe people, learning about their hunting methods and close connection to nature. Afterward, enjoy a scenic hike around Lake Eyasi, taking in beautiful views of the lake and its surroundings. This tour combines cultural discovery with natural beauty for a unique and memorable day in Tanzania. In the late afternoon, we will begin our drive back to the lodge in Karatu, where you can relax and rest before the next day's adventure, filled with cultural experiences and a thrilling night safari.

Day 5: Night safari and a visit to Maasai culture in Manyara National Park
>> We will depart from the lodge in the morning to visit a traditional Maasai boma (village) to immerse yourself in the vibrant Maasai culture. Learn about their customs, lifestyle, and ancient traditions while gaining insight into their unique way of life and connecting with the local community.
In the evening, enjoy a captivating night safari in Manyara National Park, exploring the wilderness under the stars and observing nocturnal wildlife in their natural habitat. This experience offers the perfect blend of adventure and cultural discovery.

Day 6: Visit Ngorongoro Crater - Africa's Garden of Eden
>> After an early breakfast at your accommodation in Karatu, we'll embark on a scenic one-hour drive to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, enjoy an exciting game drive across the crater’s wildlife-rich floor, taking in the stunning views and observing the abundant animals that call this UNESCO World Heritage site home. A delicious picnic lunch will be served in the heart of the crater, surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, we’ll continue exploring the crater’s diverse wildlife with another game drive before slowly ascending the crater rim on our way back to the lodge in Karatu.

Day 7: Drive to Serengeti National Park
>> Experience the magic of the Serengeti over the next three days as we continue our quest to spot any of the Big Five we may have missed so far. After your early breakfast, we'll drive to Serengeti, where you'll witness vast plains, stunning sunsets, and incredible wildlife—including lions, elephants, and possibly even the Great Migration. We will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with optional visits to Maasai villages. In the afternoon after you have had your picnic lunch in the middle of Serengeti, we will embark on a game drive upon arrival in the central Serengeti.

Day 8: Full-Day Game Drive in Central Serengeti
>> You will enjoy a full-day exploring the central Serengeti or head to northern/southern Serengeti depending on the season (Great Migration viewing). You will have an opportunity to spot big cats, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, hippos, and possibly rhinos.

Day 9: Early game drive in central Serengeti, followed by a drive back to Lake Natron
>> After an early breakfast we will heard to our final early morning game drive, a prime time to see predators at the tail end of their hunting activities and witness animals coming to waterholes. Explore areas of the Serengeti that you might not have visited on the previous days — for example, the Western Corridor or the Southern Serengeti, which is known for its large herds of wildebeest and gazelles. Afterward, enjoy a scenic drive to Lake Natron, reflecting on the unforgettable sights and sounds of one of Africa’s most iconic national parks.

Day 10: Morning guided walk to the shores of lake Natron, followed by a scenic drive to Arusha
>> Start your day with an early morning guided walk from the eco lodge. In about an hour, you'll reach the southern part of Lake Natron, where you can explore the area's rich ecology and see the amazing flamingo breeding grounds. Around two million flamingos come here each year to nest on the salty surface of the lake during the dry season. Your guide will share interesting facts about the plants, animals, and also the Maasai people who live around the lake. You’ll learn about their culture, traditions, and semi-nomadic lifestyle. The walk continues to a special site where you can see some of the oldest known human footprints, believed to be around 120,000 years old. As you walk through a nearby forest, you may even spot some of the local giraffes who live in the area.
At noon, return to the lodge for a fresh, hot meal before packing your bags for the afternoon drive back to Arusha.

Day 11: Hike to Waterfalls and Coffee Plantations at the Foot of Mount Kilimanjaro
>> On this day, we’ll take you on an adventurous hike to the Materuni Waterfalls at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, where you'll discover the region's rich plant and animal life, including chameleons. Nearby, you'll explore local coffee plantations and learn how coffee is traditionally prepared. You'll also meet the people behind this famous drink and discover how coffee production impacts their daily lives. To finish, enjoy a cup of freshly brewed Kilimanjaro coffee—pure and free from industrial additives.

Day 12: Visit to a Local Orphanage Project & Guided City Walking Tour
>> Get ready to experience Arusha in a truly meaningful way! Your adventure begins with a visit to a social project that supports orphans and street children who have lost their homes. Here, you'll have the option to make a direct donation or purchase a lunch, which will be prepared by the hosts and shared with the children at the orphanage.
Afterwards, immerse yourself in Tanzania's rich history with a city tour starting at the famous Clock Tower where you’ll learn about the nation’s historical legacy. Wander through the lively Central Market and soak in the colorful rhythm of daily life. At the Cultural Heritage Centre, explore stunning local art and pick up unique souvenirs. If time permits, visit the Maasai Market and watch talented artisans at work. Your tour concludes at a cozy café, where you’ll enjoy authentic Tanzanian coffee.
