>> We will pick you up early in the morning from your hotel on the North or South coast and drive via Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park, famously nicknamed the “theater of the wild”.

Our driver will make a stop at the entrance gate for registration after which we proceed on our long-awaited adventure. We do a game drive in Tsavo East and then drive to the Salt Lick Safari Lodge in Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, arriving in time for lunch. After enjoying lunch, you have time to look around and relax in this heavenly place. Built on stilts, it is one of the most photographed lodges in the world.

You have time to relax until we start another game drive through the Taita Hills Sanctuary and explore its inhabitants as well as nature. At sunset, we return to our overnight accommodation at Salt Lick Lodge. A delicious dinner awaits us as we watch the animals approach the waterholes.

>> After a quick cup of coffee or tea in the morning, we set out on an early stalk so as not to miss the exciting time when the predators are active. Enjoy a hearty and satisfying breakfast after the morning game drive.

We return for a full breakfast, pack our bags, and check out. We bid goodbye to the great Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary and drive back to Mombasa/Diani. We make a short stop for lunch at Kilimanjaro Restaurant after which we continue to the coast to your hotel or cottage.
