4-Day Murchison Falls, Chimpanzee and Rhino Tracking-Uganda Latest itinerary

>> After an early morning breakfast, your guide will pick you from your location in Kampala, by 6:30am then transfer you to Murchison Falls National Park. En-route lunch at Masindi hotel. Proceed to Murchison Falls National Park up to the top of the falls and sight the Nile's beauty. Enjoy viewing the way the Victoria Nile squeezes itself through a narrow 6-meter gorge to form the magic scenery of Murchison Falls. After the interesting encounter proceed to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

>> Wake up for breakfast and drive via the Nyamisiki Plateau whilst viewing a diversity of wildlife plus the big five including herds of buffaloes, elephants, lions, giraffes, leopards and other wildlife species like warthogs, waterbucks among the rest. After have lunch in the park, take a rest.
In the afternoon head out for a Nile boat cruise to the bottom of the falls. Explore other aquatic wildlife like crocodiles, waterbucks, hippos and various bird species including the kingfishers, heron and the weaver birds, the bee eater, the egret among the rest and not forgetting to take the photos of the magnificent Murchison falls. After head back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

>> Delight in a morning breakfast, after drive to Budongo forest headquarters for a briefing. Later transfer to the trekking point and begin the trekking. You are allowed one hour to stay with the chimpanzees upon meeting them, learning their behaviors, watching them feeding, viewing the juveniles jumping from one tree branch to another making noise to each other in Budongo forest. You can watch the various colorful bird species during the chimpanzee trekking. Go for lunch
After lunch head to the park for a game drive you will see during the drive include Lake Chad buffaloes, African elephants, Lelwel's hartebeest, Nubian giraffes, oribis among other species. Common bird species include the Goliath heron, African skimmer and the Red-throated bee eater. After this activity that approximately takes 3 hours' head back to the lodge for relaxation and overnight.

>> Have a delicious breakfast, after check out of the lodge and head to Ziwa rhino sanctuary the rhino tracking adventure which gives you opportunity to view the remaining wildlife in Uganda. This sanctuary was put in place to save the life of the endangered. After drive back to Kampala to your hotel or Entebbe back home.
