Your adventure begins with a warm welcome in Kigali. After pick-up, enjoy a scenic drive north to Musanze, nestled at the foothills of the Virunga Mountains. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and freshen up. In the afternoon, visit the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund Campus for an insightful experience into gorilla conservation and the legacy of Dian Fossey. Overnight in Musanze.

Arrive at your lodge near Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and settle in for the night.

Today is the highlight of your journey - gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing, then venture into the forest for a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with a mountain gorilla family. After the trek, enjoy lunch and begin your transfer to the serene Lake Bunyonyi. Arrive in time to unwind with a peaceful sundowner by the lake. Overnight at a lakeside lodge.
