Day 01: Airport transfer to Shoestrings Backpakers

>> Upon arrival, you will be met by our Africa Zim Travel representative and transferred to shearwater campsite. A pre-departure briefing will be done about the whole tour. Later in the afternoon, you will do a sunset cruise. Shoestrings Camp is your accommodation for the next 2 nights.

Day 02: Victoria Falls

>> After breakfast, you go on a tour of Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. This walking safari takes you through the magnificent rainforest where you are able to view the Cataracts, Livingstone's statue and a wide variety of birds and plants. Optional activities are available for the rest of the afternoon such as a helicopter flight, elephant riding, lion walk, etc. At 7 pm, we will take you to the Boma Restaurant, the best place for eating with lots of entertainment.

Day 03: Victoria Falls to Chobe National Park

>> We transfer by road to Chobe National Park, located 100km west of Victoria Falls. It is home to the largest concentration of elephants in Africa. Accommodation is at Chobe Safari Lodge Camping or Kwalape Safari Lodge Camps for the next 2 nights. Game viewing activities, breakfast and dinner are included.

Day 04: Chobe National Park

>> Go on an early morning game drive in Chobe National Park. Tea and coffee are served before the game drive or during the game drive. After the game drive at around 9:30 to 10 am, you will have your full breakfast. It is the best time to see the big cats like lions, leopards and cheetahs. Later in the afternoon, you will go on a sunset cruise on the Chobe River. The trip usually starts at 3 pm. It's one of the best experiences to watch the game from the boat where you can get closer to the animals.

Day 05: Chobe National Park to Elephant Sands

>> Elephant Sands is a bush lodge and campsite in the northeastern part of Botswana and it's 250km from Chobe or Kasane. Enjoy viewing the elephants at a natural waterhole right in front of the lodge. Watch these impressive creatures whilst they drink only a couple of meters away from you, a unique experience! Breakfast and dinner are included.

Day 06: Elephant Sands to Maun Okavango Delta

>> Transfer by road through Nata to the heart of the Okavango Delta. The delta is a unique wetland system of rivers, crystal clear channels, islands and lagoons that creates a safe haven for innumerable bird and wildlife species. Soon after arrival in Maun, you will be picked up for your 2-nights camping in the Okavango Delta. Experience with mokoros and game walks. Your camping experience here is fully inclusive of all meals, camping equipment, guide, cook, tents, and all transfers. You will be accompanied by our professional guides.

Day 07: Okavango Delta Maun

>> Enjoy the full day exploring the delta with your guides. The Okavango Delta is one of the most exclusive wilderness destinations in the world. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is the backdrop to wild Africa's grand spectacle, presenting unparalleled wilderness experiences in a serene inland delta unlike anywhere else on Earth. A journey to the Okavango Delta - deep inside Africa's pristine interior - is like no other, encompassing vast wetlands and expansive drylands. Visitors traverse the Delta's meandering waterways, passing palm- and papyrus-fringed islands, thick woodland, resplendent with lush vegetation, and teeming with rich wildlife.

The largest intact inland delta in the world, the Okavango Delta is situated deep within the Kalahari Basin. Fed by the Okavango River, originating in the Angolan Highlands to the north and often referred to as the 'jewel' of the Kalahari.
