Serengeti National Park is renowned for its vast open plains teeming with wildlife, including the legendary Big Five - lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos. The park is also home to zebras, giraffes, cheetahs, Thomson's gazelles, elands, kudus, dik-diks, hyenas, and a variety of bird species. One of its most famous spectacles is the annual Great Migration, where over a million wildebeest cross the Serengeti into Kenya's Maasai Mara in search of greener pastures.

DAY O : Arrival - Kilimanjaro

Upon arrival at Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport, your Tanzania Kitano Tours and Safaris guide will be there to warmly welcome you. You'll be transferred to your hotel in Arusha, where you can settle in, relax, and soak in the African atmosphere. Take this time to unwind and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead.

Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti

In the morning after breakfasts, you will be picked from your accommodation and later embark on a transfer to Serengeti national park, the trip can take an approximate of 4 hours and you pass through the lush countryside having impressive views. Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge for lunch, later after lunch you will embark on a game drive in the park in search for wild game. You will encounter elephants, lions, zebras, buffaloes, cheetahs, leopards, rhinos, Thomson gazelles, hyenas among others. Later in the eveing head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning Safari & Flight Back to Arusha

Early Morning Game Drive: Set off at sunrise for one last chance to witness Serengeti's wildlife in action - an ideal time to spot predators on the hunt.

Breakfast & Departure: Return to the lodge for a quick breakfast before checking out.

Flight to Arusha: Transfer to the airstrip for your return flight. Upon landing, our driver will be waiting to take you to your hotel or directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
