Day 01: Your Safari Adventure Stats with a Short 1 Hour Drive from Johannesburg to Dinokeng

>> You will begin your unforgettable safari adventure with a warm welcome at your hotel or guest house in Johannesburg, followed by a seamless private transfer to the malaria-free haven of the Dinokeng Game Reserve, only an hours' drive from Johannesburg. You'll arrive at your exclusive private game lodge, where luxury meets the wild. After settling into your luxury tent, you'll savor a delicious lunch while soaking in the tranquil surroundings and watching birds and animals come to the dam. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy your first thrilling game drive, encountering Africa’s iconic wildlife. Your ranger will stop at a scenic place for you to enjoy a sun-downer drink and snacks while watching the sunset. Your game drive will continue into a night drive with the aid of spotlights looking for the elusive nocturnal animals. You'll end your day with a magical dinner under the starlit African sky, surrounded by the sounds of the bush—a perfect introduction to your journey into the wild.

Day 02: Game Drive to Experience the Wonders of our Wildlife before Leaving the Lodge

>> Your day begins with an early wake-up call. You'll enjoy a cup of coffee and a rusk before setting off on a morning game drive. Guided by experienced rangers, you will explore the wonders of the bush, from majestic mammals to vibrant birds and unique flora. Midway, you'll pause for a coffee or tea break surrounded by nature. When you get back to the lodge hearty brunch will be ready for you to enjoy on the deck overlooking the dam while keeping an eye open for any animals coming to drink. After breakfast you will have time to freshen up and check out. The lodge will drive you back to the main lodge, where we will meet you and drive safely back to your hotel or Johannesburg Airport.
