8 Days Victoria Falls, Hwange, & Chobe Safari Latest itinerary

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be picked up and checked in at the hotel. At 1600 hours, you will embark on a two-hour afternoon boat cruise on the Zambezi River, ending at sunset. The Zambezi River sunset cruise is a quintessential experience for visitors to Victoria Falls, offering relaxation, stunning views, and opportunities to see wildlife along one of Africa's most famous rivers. Known for its beauty and the powerful waterfalls downstream, the river provides a serene backdrop as the sun dips below the horizon. After the cruise, you will be transferred back to the hotel.

At 1900 hours, you will be transferred to a dinner and a drum show at The Boma. This show is an iconic cultural experience, offering a vibrant combination of traditional African cuisine, music, and entertainment. It immerses guests in the rich heritage and lively spirit of Southern Africa. At 2200 hours, you will return to the hotel.

Immediately after breakfast, you will be transferred to a lodge near Hwange for check in. Lunch will be served at 1300 hours. After lunch, you will embark on an afternoon game drive in Hwange National Park, ending at sunset. This exciting adventure takes guests through Zimbabwe's largest national park, offering breathtaking wildlife encounters and stunning natural beauty.

The following morning, at 0900 hours, you will be picked up from the lodge for another game drive in the park. A full-day game drive in Hwange National Park offers an immersive experience in one of Africa's richest wildlife havens. Spanning approximately 14,600 square kilometers (5,640 square miles), Hwange is renowned for its vast landscapes, diverse ecosystems, and impressive wildlife population, including the famed "Big Five." At the end of the game drive, you will be transferred back to lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

After breakfast at approximately 1000 hrs, guests will be transferred from Hwange National Park to Chobe National Park in Botswana. Expected arrival time is 1300 hrs, with lunch served upon arrival. After lunch, you will embark on an afternoon game drive ending at sunset. You will then return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight accommodations.

The following morning, at approximately 0900 hours, you will be picked up for a three-hour game drive in Chobe National Park, ending at lunch. Lunch will be served at the Moana Lodge. At approximately 1400 hours, you will embark on a two-and-a-half-hour boat cruise on the Chobe River. After the boat cruise, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight accommodations. Chobe National Park is a renowned wildlife reserve in northern Botswana, known for its dense wildlife population and exceptional biodiversity.

After checkout at 1000 hrs, you will be transferred to a lodge near Victoria Falls and checked in. After lunch, a guided tour of Victoria Falls begins. Victoria Falls is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world, known not only for its physical grandeur but also for the sensory experience it offers, with the sound of crashing water and the cool mist drifting through the air. After the two-hour guided tour, guests are free to take an extended tour of Victoria Falls, which may include a bridge tour and visits to the surrounding areas leading up to the Zambian border. You will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight accommodations.

At 1000 hours, you will be transferred to a nearby village to begin a village tour. To cap the day, you will have the opportunity to tour the mighty falls again, this time from the air. The "Helicopter Flight of Angels" is a unique experience that provides a bird's-eye view of the falls. From the sky, Victoria Falls appears as a sheet of water thundering into the gorge.
